How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends a great deal on the method of shipment and where the shipment is going. We ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours. A typical order shipped via ground transportation (USPS) to an address in the Continental U.S. will take from 5 to 14 business days to reach its destination.
Is it too late to make changes to my order?
We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible. Due to this automation, we are unable to make changes to an order after that order has been shipped.
We highly recommend that you do not modify your order after submitting it. It makes for a lot of potential errors and difficulties.
However, if you absolutely must cancel or change your order, do it as soon as possible. Shipping charges may be incurred for orders cancelled after merchandise has shipped.
Can I stop by one of your company locations to pick up an order?
At this time, we do not offer Will Call or pick-up service from our corporate offices, sales / delivery offices, or warehouse locations.
Could I order by phone or fax?
For volume and special orders, phone and fax ordering is preferable. For ordering products from our online store, we prefer that you use our secure eCommerce site.
I need my order shipped overnight, can you do it?
We do not offer overnight shipping mainly for two reasons. First, the rush of such a shipment gravely raises the risk for errors that result in problems for you and relatedly for us.
Second, an overnight order is one of the top red flags in the industry for fraud. All expedited orders are subject to additional review and may result in our decision to decline the purchase.
Why are expedited shipping costs non-refundable?
All shipping charges are paid to the shipping carrier. They are a third party and we do not profit from shipping fees.
We lose money with all refunds and exchanges. When we refund regular ground shipping costs, we absorb that cost as a courtesy to you for your trust & business.
However, expedited shipping costs often exceed the cost of the product. This presents a greater loss to us if we were to refund such costs as well. We cannot get these expedited shipping costs back from the carrier. They performed their service and deserve to be paid for it.
Because of this and in order to prevent order errors and potential fraud, we highly recommend that you do not expedite your shipping.
Do you Offer Gift Wrapping?
At this time, we do not offer Gift Wrapping. This is mainly because some of our products are shipped directly from the distributor or the manufacturer. And if this is not a service offering they offer, then we are bound by the same service restrictions.
Besides, we all know the true sentimental value of receiving a gift wrapped by someone you love and really appreciate.
