Shipping Area

We ship to most all of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands. We do not ship to US military bases, Embassies, diplomatic addresses, or P.O. Box addresses.

At this time, we do not ship Internationally. So, if your shipping destination is not located in the US, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Carriers

The shipping carriers we partner with are: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Time (local vendor)

We usually ship orders within 24 hours after we receive payment. This accounts for our order-processing time and is not part of the estimated shipping time after the carrier takes possession of the package. You will be notified via email when your order status changes from "Pending" to "Processing."

The most commonly used shipping method is ground shipping via USPS, which takes around 5 to 9 business days.

Expedited shipping will equate in shorter shipping transit time. We do not offer overnight shipping.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands will require slightly longer shipping times.

Shipping Time (drop-shipped)

We partner with some vendors to drop-ship products directly to you. And certain vendors may drop-ship from a location abroad. We do this to lower the cost and thereby, provide a better value to you.

However, drop-shipped products from abroad require longer shipping time. We disclose this in the product description for all products that are shipped from abroad.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping methods are available at checkout. Though please keep in mind that rushing an order can make for a lot of potential errors and difficulties.

And, in the case of a refund, expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Those fees are paid to a shipping carrier and can often exceed our cost of goods sold.

Out-Of-Stock Items

We process orders based on the time they come in. If your order comes in right after an item was sold out, we will cancel that particular product from the order and refund the amount related to its purchase.

At this time, our store is set-up not to display out-of-stock products. Therefore, you will likely not see a product on our site after the last one in stock was sold.

Shipment Tracking

We provide a tracking number for all shipments as soon as we receive the tracking number. That tracking number is provided with your Order Update email.

Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping is based on shipping rates we get directly from the carrier. The shipping cost you may incur at checkout could be slightly higher or lower than the actual cost of shipping. Generally, our company policy is not to make a profit from shipping cost. However, we will absorb any overages same as we absorb similar shortages.

Will-Call (store pick-up)

At this time, we do not offer order will-call pick-up at our Headquarters, Sales Offices, Warehouses, or other company locations. All orders are shipped via a shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays might occur if your order triggers our security system. In which case, we may require more information from you, and relatedly more time to determine whether to proceed or decline the order.

If your shipping address does not match your billing address, could further cause delays while we determine fraud risk.

Signature and/or Insurance

Certain orders will require a delivery signature and some require insured delivery. We cover the costs on those additional services.

Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping is a value we offer based on a minimum purchase order amount. It is a cost that we absorb to help save you money. The following policy guidelines apply to Free Shipping:

  1. Your purchase subtotal amount must be at or above $150
  2. The total weight of your purchased products cannot exceed 50 pounds
  3. Only mode of shipment available is USPS ground shipping within the US
  4. Free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands or outside the US (International) is not available
  5. Orders usually ship within 24 hours after we receive payment
  6. Shipment transit time for ground shipping is usually 5 to 9 business days. However transit times may take longer if products are shipped from different vendors, drop-shipped from abroad, and/or during the holiday season.
  7. If you need your purchased products to arrive sooner, you may choose one of the Express paid shipping options. If this occurs, you may email us and we will send you a $15.00 coupon good on your next purchase. You may use this coupon in conjunction with free shipping on your next purchase.

Shipping Disclaimer

Although we work hard to expedite your shipment promptly, occasional delays may occur.

Shipping estimates at checkout are provided to us by the shipping carriers. These estimates do not include the time required for us to receive, process, package, and ship the product(s) prior to when the carrier takes possession of the shipment.

Other delays may occur if we require additional information, or if part or all of the shipment is coming directly from one or more vendors, or if an item is out of stock. We do not give any guarantees or warranty, stated or implied, as to the accuracy of the shipping time estimate.

The shipping carrier's delivery time estimate that you receive with your tracking number is a more accurate estimate of actual time. However, unforeseen shipping carrier delays may occur due to; weather, acts of God, holiday business fluctuations, and other causes.

Please Note: In an effort to reduce fraud and for your security, we do not expedite any overnight shipments. All overnight shipments are held for an extra day to verify purchase information.
