Receive Your Refund

After we receive the product, we will issue a refund including all non-expedited shipping costs. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please Note: If an order must be cancelled or modified the same day it is made, then it is best to call us rather than emailing.

30 Day Free Return Policy

You may exchange or return merchandise purchased from us within 30 days after delivery, if it meets the following guidelines.

Exchange & Return Guidelines

  1. You must read all of the Accept Return Terms prior to initiating any exchange or return.
  2. You must read & follow the guidelines for our Return Process when exchanging or returning products.
  3. All returns must be pre-authorized by us. We require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any and all returned products.

  1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)


    All returns must be pre-authorized by us, accompanied by a related RMA number. Our Return Process provides details on how to initiate an RMA.
  2. Type of Return


    You may return a product for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price, sales tax (if any), and any related standard ground shipping fees incurred.
  3. Condition of Return


    Returned products must be 100% complete of ALL components that comprised the original shipment. No credit will be issued for incomplete product / component returns.

    We recommend that you keep all original boxes, packaging, documentation, etc., for 30 days after delivery.
  4. Tracking Number


    All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number. We provide a shipment tracking number with each return shipping label.

    We will not be held responsible for returned packages that have been lost or stolen.
  5. Where to Return?


    Only return products to the specific shipping address that we will provide you. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer and may need to be returned to a different location.
  6. Refunds Issued


    Refunds issued will be made via the original payment method. If you paid by credit card and it is now cancelled or no longer valid, it is your responsibility to retrieve the refunded amount from your credit card company.
  7. Third Party Returns


    Only the original purchaser may request a return. We are not responsible for discrepancies on orders received by any other parties, other than the billed customer.

    Products not purchased directly from us must be returned to their place of purchase. We do not accept exchanges or issue credit for items bought from a different merchant.
  8. Shipping Fees


    Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. All other shipping fees associated with the purchase will be refunded.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these and our Return Process requirements.

Return Process

STEP 1:

Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number



  1. Registered Account Customers - To initiate a return, use the Returns link on My Account page after login.

  2. Purchase Without Account Customers - If you made your purchase without creating an account, please contact us via email to get an RMA number. Please include the following:

    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Purchase date
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Valid email and phone number to contact you
  3. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issue.

STEP 2:

Return Your Item as Instructed



  1. We will email you a return shipping label. You will need to print it and attach it to the return package. Then write your RMA number on the outside of the return package, above the return address that we provide you, and on any two other sides of that package.
  2. Please package the products being returned in the same way you received them including everything you originally received.
  3. Refunds or exchanges will be made after the returning product is received and inspected by our Returns Department.

STEP 3:

Receive Your Refund



After we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price.

Refunds issued will be made via the original payment method. If you paid by credit card and it is now cancelled or no longer valid, it is your responsibility to retrieve the refunded amount from your credit card company.

If you paid via PayPal, your PayPal account will receive a credit for the full purchase price.

Shipping Fees

We will refund all standard ground shipping fees for product exchanges and/or returns.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are paid to a carrier and expedited fees can often exceed our cost of goods sold.

Gifted Products

Only the original purchaser of the product(s) can make exchanges or returns.

Therefore, if you received a product that was purchased from us as a gift, you will need to have the original buyer contact us to initiate any return or exchange.

Products not purchased directly from us must be returned to their place of purchase. We do not accept exchanges or issue credit for items bought from another merchant.

We are not responsible for discrepancies on orders received by any other parties, other than the billed customer.

Damaged in Transit

If your shipment is damaged during transit to you, you must make sure that the damaged package is noted on the carrier's delivery record. In other words, you must let the carrier know that the package was damaged.

You then need to save the merchandise in the original box and packing that it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick-up of damaged merchandise. We will ship you a replacement soon after the carrier picks up the damaged merchandise.

Warranty

All Manufacturer Warranty issues should be directed to the product manufacturer. We do not handle manufacturer warranty.
